The Kanawha Community includes the neighborhoods of Kanawha, Mountain Shadow and Gauley River. The purposes of the Kanawha Community Association include: maintaining and improving the walls and landscaping at our entrance on Kanawha Drive from Hugh Howell Drive, enhancing property values, elevating and promoting the image of our neighborhood, establishing a structure for a direct line of communication on neighborhood issues with the City of Tucker and other agencies, and planning and conducting neighborhood social activities for members.
